Treponema pallidum
The Treponema pallidum PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Treponema pallidum DNA in clinical material (urogenital, rectal, and oral swabs; blister exudate; and discharge of erosive-ulcer lesions of human skin and mucous membranes) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
