The KRAS/NRAS/BRAF Mutations Detection Kit is a real-time PCR assay for qualitative detection of 18 KRAS mutations (exons 2, 3 and 4), 15 NRAS mutations (exons 2, 3 and 4) and one BRAF mutation (exon 15) in circulating DNA extracted from human plasma. The kit is intended to be used to assess KRAS/NRAS/BRAF mutation status in colorectal cancer patients.

The kit allows detection of up to 1 – 0.2% for KRAS/NRAS and 0.4% for BRAF mutant DNA in a background of 99 – 99.8% normal DNA (depending on exon and mutation).
