The EGFR T790M Mutation Detection Kit is a real-time PCR-based assay for qualitative detection of T790M mutation in exon 20 of EGFR gene in circulating DNA extracted from human plasma. The kit is intended to aid clinician in identifying EGFR T790M mutation in NSCLC patients.

The kit allows detection of up to 0.2% EGFR T790M mutant DNA in a background of 99.8% normal DNA.
