The EGFR C797S Mutation Detection Kit is a real-time PCR-based assay for qualitative detection of C797S mutation in exon 20 of EGFR gene in human genomic DNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissue or circulating DNA extracted from plasma sample. The kit is intended to detect the presence of EGFR C797S mutation in NSCLC patients.

The kit allows detection of up to 0.2% EGFR C797S mutant DNA in a background of 99.8% normal DNA.
